Prerequisites:
A. Code 10, Policy EC-402, is activated prior to implementing this plan.

B. ALH's Emergency Incident Command System, Policy EC-405, is used to support this policy.

C. First Responders (Athens Fire & Rescue, EMS and others) have, in most situations, provided on-site primary medical care and decontamination.
